[摘要]針對裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)體系的發(fā)展趨勢,介紹了外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)的概念、裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)體系的組成以及國外外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)體系的研究現(xiàn)狀。詳細介紹了目前國內(nèi)的外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)體系包括內(nèi)外墻體系統(tǒng)、樓屋蓋系統(tǒng)及門窗系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀。總結(jié)了我國現(xiàn)有裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)體系存在的問題。最后對發(fā)展、推廣裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅外圍護結(jié)構(gòu)體系的政策支持進行了解讀。

Abstract: Aiming at the development trend of assembled steel structure residence external envelope structure system, the concept of external envelope structure, the composition of assembled steel structure residence external envelope structure system and the foreign research status of external envelope structure system were introduced. The current domestic research status of external envelope structure system including internal and external wall system, floor and roof system, doors and windows system were introduced detailedly. The existing problems of the existing assembled steel structure residence external envelope structure system were summarized. Finally, the policy support to the development and promotion assembled steel structure residence external envelope structure system was explained.
