［摘要］大型公共建筑通常用地面積較大，并且因其功能需求而被廣泛設(shè)計成更大空間、更大跨度。大跨度建筑物的立柱基礎(chǔ)往往會結(jié)合地質(zhì)條件、荷載設(shè)計及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟性等多方面因素而選用不同的基礎(chǔ)類型，按照規(guī)范要求應(yīng)進行差異沉降核算。以中國西部國際博覽城(一期)項目的工程實踐為例，深入分析了同一大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)單元采用不同基礎(chǔ)型式時的差異沉降問題，并對比分析其理論計算與實際觀測結(jié)果，為后續(xù)類似工程提供經(jīng)驗與參考。

Analysis on the differential settlement of the same large span structure with
different foundation types

Abstract： Large public buildings usually occupy large land area, and are widely designed to be larger space and larger span based on functional requirements. The column foundation of large span structures are often designed with different foundation types, which combined with geological conditions, load design and technical & economic etc. According to specification requirement, differential settlements should be checked. Taking the engineering practices of Western China International Expo City as an example, the differential settlements of one large span structure unit which used different foundation types were deeply analyzed, and the theoretical calculation and actual observation results were comparatively analyzed, to provide experience and reference for the follow-up similar projects.
