[摘要]中交國際中心位于成都市天府新區(qū)中央商務(wù)區(qū)漢州路東側(cè),項目用地為商務(wù)設(shè)施用地,總建筑面積為159972m2,地上39層,結(jié)構(gòu)總高213.1m,其中混凝土主體高170.3m,以上為40m高的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)塔冠。主體采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)屬于超B級高度的超限高層建筑,同時存在局部樓層樓板不連續(xù)、斜柱、穿層柱等不利情況,此外位于屋頂?shù)乃诓捎娩摻Y(jié)構(gòu)門式造型,其與主體塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)差異給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計帶來了一定的難度。通過多種方法手段進行計算分析,結(jié)合抗震規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求,采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了靜力彈性以及動力彈塑性時程分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的抗震加強措施,為同類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計提供了參考。

Structure design of CCCC International Center

Abstract: CCCC International Center is located in the eastern side of Hanzhou Road of Chengdu Tianfu new area’s central business district. The land is used for commercial facilities, and the total construction area is 159,972 square meters, 39 layers on the ground. The structure total height is 213.1m, of which the main concrete high is 170.3m. 40m high steel tower crown is on the top of main concrete structure. The frame core-tube system is applied in the upper structure, and the structure belongs to the super class B out-of-code high-rise building. Local floor slab discontinuity, inclined column and cross-pillar exist in the structure. Tower crown adopts steel structure with door type, hence, different structure between main body and tower crown brought certain difficulty to structure design. Through a variety of calculation and analysis method, based on the relevant requirements of seismic code, the seismic design method based on the performance and static flexibility and dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis were applied to analyze the structure model, then, some corresponding seismic strengthening measures were applied to the structure, and references were provided for similar structure design.
