方太廚具研發(fā)大樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與分析

(1 中國建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 北京 100044; 2 北京建筑大學(xué), 北京 100044)[摘要]方太廚具研發(fā)大樓地上4層,主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度17.6m,采用含有少量剪力墻的框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)平面尺寸99m×73m。首先結(jié)合建筑方案及經(jīng)濟性分析說明了主體結(jié)構(gòu)的體系選型方案。隨后,系統(tǒng)介紹了項目設(shè)計過程中針對主體結(jié)構(gòu)平面不規(guī)則、豎向不規(guī)則及其他不規(guī)則項選用的計算措施和設(shè)計措施。同時,對結(jié)構(gòu)超長處理措施進行了具體陳述。最后,對基礎(chǔ)方案的比選進行了重點說明。研究及設(shè)計結(jié)果表明:通過選用合理的計算措施和設(shè)計措施,原結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則性得到有效控制,結(jié)構(gòu)各項計算指標(biāo)可以較好地滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)安全、可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可行。[關(guān)鍵詞]少墻框架; 不規(guī)則控制; 溫度應(yīng)力; 抗浮設(shè)計;中圖分類號: TU352 文獻標(biāo)識碼: A文章編號: 1002-848X(2016)S1-0202-04Structural design and analysis of the research building of FOTILEZhang Lu1, Zhang Yanhua1, Zou Ming2(1 China Architecture Design Group, Beijing 100044, China;2 Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: Research building of FOTILE with the height of 17.6m and 4 floors on the grand, uses the less wall frame structure system and the plane dimension of 99m×73m. Firstly, combined architecture scheme and economic analysis, the structural system selection of the main structure is explained . Then, the calculation measures and the design measures about the plane irregularity, the vertical irregularity and the other irregularity of the structure were introduced systematically. At the same time, the treatment measures of super-long structure particularly were stated. Finally, the selection of the based scheme was emphatically presented. Research and design results show that, by using reasonable computational measures and design measures, the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled, and the structure calculation index can better meet the requirements of the standards.
