［摘要］為改善設(shè)計企業(yè)的成品質(zhì)量，提高設(shè)計企業(yè)的核心競爭力，匯總了某實(shí)際工程案例在設(shè)計施工中遇到的可施工性問題，并從產(chǎn)生原因、影響范圍及工程建設(shè)參與方等角度進(jìn)行了分析，論證了可施工性問題會在項目的任何階段出現(xiàn)，設(shè)計階段的可施工性問題影響整個項目全生命周期，并可以通過溝通協(xié)調(diào)等方法避免，因此設(shè)計企業(yè)利用自身優(yōu)勢聯(lián)合業(yè)主進(jìn)行可施工性審查十分必要，進(jìn)而提出了設(shè)計企業(yè)應(yīng)從知識管理、生產(chǎn)人員組織、主動獲取和反饋機(jī)制等角度加強(qiáng)成品的可施工性。

Case study on constructability in engineering design

Abstract: To improve the product quality and enhance the core competitiveness of the design enterprises, the constructible problems of a real project in design and construction were summarized and analyzed in the scope of causes, influences participants, etc. It is demonstrated that the problems of constructability will occur in any stage of the project, and can affect the whole life cycle of project when occurred in the design phase, and can be shunned by communication, coordination or other methods. Thereafter, design companies need to take their own advantages, and unite clients to put forward constructability review. Measures like knowledge and personnel managements, information acquirements and feedback systems should be applied by design institute to enhance constructability of products.
