成都某超高層建筑結構大震彈塑性分析

[摘要]本塔樓房屋高度149.6m,屬B級高度超限高層建筑,采用框架-核心筒結構體系?;诳拐鹦阅茉O計的要求,本工程采用SAUSAGE軟件對塔樓進行大震彈塑性時程分析,獲得了結構層間位移角、層間剪力的分布規(guī)律及各構件損傷分布情況。同時對大震下的特殊構件,如開大洞的樓板、躍層柱等進行了補充計算與分析。根據(jù)大震分析的結果,對結構薄弱部位有針對性的采取了抗震加強措施,結構整體上能夠滿足預期性能目標D的要求。

Elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake for a high-rise building

 beyond code limits in Chengdu

Abstract: In this project, the height of building is 149.6m, falling into a B-class high-rise building, and a frame-core tube structure is chosen. Based on the seismic performance of the design requirements, an elastic-plastic time history of analysis of the overall model was performed by the programs of SAUSAGE under the rare earthquake, and the distribution law were obtained in some of major  indicators including displacement angle and shear between the structural layer, the damage of concrete members. In addition, detailed supplementary analyses were performed for some special members, such as the floor slab with large opening and columns beyond several floors. According to the result of analysis, some strengthening measures were taken for the weak regions and the structural overall expected performance can satisfy the requirement of D-level performance goal.
