基于性能水準(zhǔn)折減構(gòu)件剛度的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)方法

[摘要]近年來(lái),基于性能的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法得到了廣泛關(guān)注和研究,我國(guó)也有相應(yīng)的規(guī)范條文。但是常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)方法僅考慮了多遇地震作用,得到的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果往往不能無(wú)法滿足設(shè)防、罕遇地震下構(gòu)件性能水準(zhǔn)要求。而設(shè)防、罕遇地震彈性、不屈服設(shè)計(jì)方法得到的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果又存在經(jīng)濟(jì)性不佳或者構(gòu)件嚴(yán)重超筋等情況。故現(xiàn)有的常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)方法在抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域有所欠缺。本文認(rèn)為,當(dāng)所有構(gòu)件都處于性能水準(zhǔn)允許的極限狀態(tài),結(jié)構(gòu)就處于性能水準(zhǔn)允許的最低剛度狀態(tài)。即性能水準(zhǔn)對(duì)應(yīng)了構(gòu)件的允許最低剛度,在這個(gè)前提下本文提出了利用折減構(gòu)件剛度進(jìn)行設(shè)防、罕遇地震作用計(jì)算的近似設(shè)計(jì)方法,相對(duì)于現(xiàn)有常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)方法更容易滿足性能水準(zhǔn)要求,且具有較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。最后通過(guò)一個(gè)典型算例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。

Abstract:  In recent years, Performance-based seismic design of structure has gained wild attention and research. It has also been introduced in Chinese code for seismic design of buildings. But the conventional seismic design result can not always satisfy the seismic performance objectives of structure in service level and maximum considered earthquake, and the elastic design and un-yield design result will greatly increase the cost. So we have some defects in recent performance-based seismic design of structure methods. The components have allowable lowest stiffness according to seismic performance levels of structure. The stiffness of components to design the structure in service level and maximum considered earthquake can be reduced. Comparing to the recent methods, it is more efficient and brings more economical benefits.
