風(fēng)載作用下腳手架立桿段彎矩計算式分析*

[摘要]為研究現(xiàn)行《建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 130—2011)中風(fēng)荷載作用下立桿彎矩計算公式是否合理,利用ANSYS對腳手架進(jìn)行模擬分析,分析當(dāng)腳手架所處高度分別為100m、200m、300m時,腳手架連墻件布置方式分別為“一步一跨”、“兩步兩跨”、“兩步三跨”的情況下立桿的最大彎矩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。將計算得到的彎矩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值作對比分析,得出連墻件布置方式不同時立桿最大彎矩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值相差較大,差距不容忽視。將三種不同連墻件布置情況下得到的彎矩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值與按照規(guī)范計算式所得彎矩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值做對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)范中所給計算式僅適用于連墻件布置為“一步一跨”的情況,對于連墻件的其他布置情況并不適用,規(guī)范計算式對立桿的彎矩計算存在危險設(shè)計,因此提出應(yīng)對規(guī)范中風(fēng)載作用下立桿彎矩的計算公式進(jìn)行修正。

Calculation specification of the wind loads of scaffolding pole section bending moment

Abstract: For researching the rationality of the upright tube bending moment calculation formula under the action of wind loading in Technical code for safety of steel tubular scaffold with couples in construction (JGJ 130—2011), using ANSYS to have a simulation analysis on scaffold, analyzing the maximum standard value bending moment of the upright tube when the height of the scaffold is 100m, 200m and 300m respectively and the layout of the scaffolding tie member is under the situation "one step one across", "two step two across", "two step three across". Through making comparison analyses on calculated standard values of the bending moment, it can be seen that there are big differences on the maximum value bending moment with using different tie member arrangement and the differences can not be overlooked. Comparing the bending moment standard values between the numerical results under the specific calculation formula and the standard values of the bending moment on three different arrangements of tie member situation, we can get the conclusion that the calculation method which was given in standard can only be applied in the situation of one step one across, it can not be applied in other kinds of tie member arrangements, there are dangerous design for the upright tube bending moment calculation in the standard calculation formula, so the upright tube bending moment calculation formula under the wind loading in the standard should be revised.
