爆炸荷載作用下盾構(gòu)隧道動力響應數(shù)值分析

[摘要]盾構(gòu)法因其適應性強、施工質(zhì)量好和對環(huán)境干擾小等諸多優(yōu)勢在城市地下空間開發(fā)中得到了廣泛的應用,但由于盾構(gòu)隧道襯砌是由管片拼裝而成的裝配式結(jié)構(gòu),其整體性要劣于整體式襯砌。為考察盾構(gòu)隧道的抗爆動力性能,利用有限元軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了考慮管片與管片間、管片螺栓間、管片與土體接觸以及鋼筋與混凝土耦合的有限元模型,以典型的地鐵區(qū)間盾構(gòu)隧道為例,分析了爆炸對盾構(gòu)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞作用機理,研究了管片以及連接螺栓的破壞特性。研究結(jié)果可為盾構(gòu)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)防護設計提供參考。

Numerical analysis on dynamic response of shield tunnel under explosion loadings

Abstract: The shield method has been widely involved in the exploring of urban underground space because its advantages such as good adaptability to foundation conditions, good construction quality and environmental friendly. However, due to the tunnel lined by prefabricated elements, its integrity is inferior to integral structures. In order to investigate the dynamic performance of prefabricated lining, numerical model was built by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, in which several factors were considered, including the interaction between duct pieces, duct piece and bolts, structure and soils, concrete and reinforcement. The characteristics and mechanism of dynamic response of typical metro section were studied, which is very beneficial for the protective design of shield tunnels.
