［摘要］高層住宅的結(jié)構(gòu)選型對其用鋼量有直接影響。25～33層(高度接近100m)的高層住宅，采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系比采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的用鋼量低，且抗震性能比后者的更好。應(yīng)對剪力墻進行合理布置及優(yōu)化設(shè)計，優(yōu)化設(shè)計后，結(jié)構(gòu)安全度不應(yīng)降低，剪力墻具有更好的延性和抗震耗能能力，且用鋼量較低。采用相關(guān)的設(shè)計實例進行說明，對高層住宅設(shè)計具有廣泛的適用性和現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。
