［摘要］概述了我國抗震設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)展，探討了我國建筑抗震設(shè)防分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在不同重要性類別建筑的抗震設(shè)防以及現(xiàn)有建筑抗震鑒定、加固目標(biāo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面存在的問題，分析并給出了既有校舍乙類建筑抗震鑒定與加固的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)和抗震驗(yàn)算地震作用取值的建議。希望有助于搞好校舍乙類建筑抗震鑒定與加固。

Discussion on seismic fortification goal of appraisal and reinforcement for the second class of school buildings

Abstract:The process of standard for seismic fortification in China was summarized. The current problems were explored at the aspect of seismic fortification of standard for classification of seismic fortification for buildings presently with different categories of importance applied in China, and the aspect of seismic appraisal and the goal and standard of reinforcement for current buildings. The goal and standard for seismic fortification of seismic appraisal and reinforcement for the second class construction of existing school buildings were analyzed, and the advice of value-taking of earthquake action was given when seismic calculation ought to be. Hoped to be with assistant to do well in the seismic appraise and reinforcement for the second class of school buildings.
