［摘要］公主墳商業(yè)大廈結(jié)構(gòu)主體在1998年底施工到±0.000后停工。新的建筑方案是在原有地下主體結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上進行改造和新建的，增大了塔樓范圍、高度和層數(shù)，還在原樓北側(cè)增加了一座塔樓，底盤亦為地下4層，裙房5層且層層與原主體相連。介紹了工程的改造與加層設(shè)計，涉及到原有基礎(chǔ)底板反梁的利用和加固，已施工完成的地下結(jié)構(gòu)梁、板、柱、剪力墻等的改造加固，預(yù)應(yīng)力構(gòu)件的改造設(shè)計及新舊結(jié)構(gòu)連接部位的設(shè)計與構(gòu)造，新老規(guī)范的交替，設(shè)計使用年限等。加固方法涉及到加大斷面、粘鋼、包鋼、粘碳纖維、植筋等。

Strengthening and adding floors design of Gongzhufen office building

Abstract:Gongzhufen office building is a partly-completed building. Its main structure was constructed to ±0.000 in the end of 1998. New program enlarged the scope of tower building, and increased the height and the number of tower, also added a tower on the north side of original building including four-story basement, five-story annex and connecting with the original subject each floor. The design and construction of foundation and basement, strengthening of existing structures, alteration and design of prestressed concrete structure and structure members between newly-built and completed buildings, the difference between new and old codes and successive design using life were discussed for Gongzhufen office building.
