[摘要]以秦皇島港大型煤堆防風(fēng)網(wǎng)為例,介紹了如何利用風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)的方法測(cè)定防風(fēng)網(wǎng)的阻力系數(shù)。通過(guò)測(cè)壓與測(cè)力兩種試驗(yàn)手段,對(duì)蝶形防風(fēng)網(wǎng)和相同透風(fēng)率下的平板防風(fēng)網(wǎng)兩種模型進(jìn)行了風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)研究。利用測(cè)壓試驗(yàn)得到了蝶形防風(fēng)網(wǎng)的壓力損失系數(shù),計(jì)算得到了平板網(wǎng)壓力損失系數(shù),二者比值可作為平板防風(fēng)網(wǎng)和蝶形防風(fēng)網(wǎng)阻力系數(shù)的傳遞條件。測(cè)力試驗(yàn)得到的蝶形防風(fēng)網(wǎng)阻力系數(shù)可根據(jù)風(fēng)洞有效阻塞率進(jìn)行修正。通過(guò)對(duì)不同孔徑下平板網(wǎng)測(cè)力試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析得到了防風(fēng)網(wǎng)孔徑與阻力系數(shù)之間的線性表達(dá)式。對(duì)于兩種方式得到的蝶形防風(fēng)網(wǎng)阻力系數(shù),綜合考慮各種條件,得到了真實(shí)網(wǎng)型的風(fēng)阻系數(shù),可作為防風(fēng)網(wǎng)防風(fēng)安全設(shè)計(jì)的風(fēng)荷載參數(shù)。

Wind tunnel test and determination of structure design parameter for windbreak

Abstract:Taking the large coal-pile yard windbreak at Qinhuangdao harbour as an example, how to measure drag force coefficient of windbreak by means of wind tunnel test was introduced. An experimental investigation on butterfly shape windbreak and plate windbreak with the same ventilation ratio was carried out by means of pressure measurement and force measurement. Pressure loss coefficient of butterfly shape windbreak was obtained by pressure measurement and pressure loss coefficient of plate windbreak was obtained by calculation. The ratio of them can be used to resistance transfer coefficient between butterfly shape windbreak and plate windbreak. Resistance coefficient of butterfly shape windbreak obtained by force measurement was amended by effective blocking ratio of wind-tunnel. Liner expression between windbreak aperture and resistance coefficient was concluded by analyzing the force measurement results of plate windbreaks with different aperture. The resistance coefficient of the real windbreak was obtained after considering overall conditions on drag force coefficient of butterfly shape windbreak by two means, which can be used as wind load parameter for windbreak design.
