輸電線路鋼管桿多邊錐形橫擔抗彎承載力試驗和設計理論研究*

摘 要

[摘要]探討輸電鋼管桿橫擔抗彎強度及端部連接角焊縫抗彎強度的設計方法,開展3個相同規(guī)格設置不同加勁肋橫擔抗彎承載力特性試驗、非線性有限元模擬和理論分析,探討高壓輸電線路鋼管桿截面為多邊形的錐形橫擔抗彎承載力試驗和設計理論。以錐度、徑厚比為變化參數(shù)對錐形鋼管橫擔進行一系列有限元模擬,并結合試驗結果提出適合此類橫擔的抗彎承載力計算公式。研究結果表明:加勁肋對錐形鋼管橫擔的極限承載力幾乎沒有影響,但能有效減小焊縫受力,避免焊縫的撕裂;隨著錐度的降低,錐形鋼管橫擔抗彎承載力降低,建議錐度取0-6;采用Q345鋼材時,錐形鋼管橫擔徑厚比限值不應超過120。提出一個適用于錐形鋼管橫擔抗彎承載力計算公式,并與有限元模擬值進行對比,可為工程設計提供參考。

Test and design theory research on the flexural capacities of polygonal tapered cross arms for steel tube pole in the high voltage transmission line

Abstract:The design methods of the flexural strength of tapered cross arms for steel tube pole and fillet weld connecting end parts were discussed and three tapered cross arms with same specifications but different stiffener were used to conduct tests including flexural strength characteristics test,  nonlinear finite element simulation and theoretical analysis, to discuss test and design theory on the flexural capacities of polygonal tapered cross arms for steel tube pole in the high voltage transmission line. A series of finite element simulations were carried out on the polygonal tapered cross arms for steel tube pole with the change parameters of the taper degree and diameter thickness ratio. The calculation formula of the flexural strength of the cross arm was put forward. The results show that the stiffener has almost no influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of tapered cross arms for steel tube pole, but it can effectively reduce weld stress and avoid weld tearing. With decrease of taper degree, flexural capacity of tapered cross arms for steel tube pole decreases and recommended taper degree is 0-6. With adoption of Q345 steel, limit value of diameter thickness ratio of tapered cross arms for steel tube pole should not be more than 120. A calculation formula was proposed to calculate flexural strength of tapered cross arms for steel tube pole and it can be compared with the finite element simulation, which can provide reference for engineering design.
