[摘要]針對某工程案例中腹板開洞超限鋼梁,通過有限元分析對不同補強措施進行優(yōu)化選擇,從而提出了具有創(chuàng)新性的結(jié)構(gòu)補強方案。在該方案基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)展開一系列參數(shù)化分析,利用有限元軟件ABAQUS作為工具探明了各項措施對于腹板開洞鋼梁力學性能的影響趨勢,從而給出最終設(shè)計方案。

FEM optimized analysis and design of reinforcement measures of H-shaped steel beams with web openings

Abstract:The web openings of steel beams in a project are beyond limit of Chinese code. Finite element analysis was used to optimize the design of the steel beams with different reinforcement measures and an innovative reinforcement scheme was proposed. By conducting a series of parameter analysis on the basis of this scheme, the influence tendency of different measures on the mechanical properties of steel beams with web openings were ascertained by using the finite element software ABAQUS, and the last design proposal was provided.
