薄壁方鋼管再生塊體組合柱偏壓承載力研究

[摘要]為分析有無(wú)肋、偏心距e、再生塊體混合比η、長(zhǎng)細(xì)比λ對(duì)薄壁方鋼管再生塊體組合柱偏壓承載力的影響,對(duì)12根薄壁方鋼管再生塊體組合柱做偏壓承載力試驗(yàn),采用擬水平法分析各因素的影響程度。研究表明:長(zhǎng)細(xì)比λ、偏心距e和混合比η綜合效應(yīng)對(duì)承載力影響高度顯著,加勁肋對(duì)承載力影響顯著;長(zhǎng)細(xì)比λ由18-4增加到30-3,偏壓承載力降低約450kN;偏心距e由25mm增加到50mm,有肋試件、無(wú)肋試件偏壓承載力分別降低27-5,105kN;偏心距e為50mm、混合比η為35%時(shí),長(zhǎng)細(xì)比λ為18-4,30-3的試件加肋后承載力提高程度分別為21-38%,80%。對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)做線性回歸分析,得出薄壁方鋼管混凝土柱偏壓承載力計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算精度較好。

Bias compression bearing capacity research of thin-walled square steel tube composite columns filled with demolished concrete lump

Abstract:To analyze the influences of stiffening rib, eccentricity e, demolished concrete lump mixing ratio η, slenderness ratio λ  on bias compression bearing capacity of thin-walled square steel tube composite columns filled with demolished concrete lump, bias compression bearing capacity test was conducted on 12 specimens, and quasi level method was used to analyze influence degree of various factors. The study shows that the effect of slenderness ratio λ, eccentricity e and demolished concrete lump mixing ratio η′s combined factor is highly significant on bearing capacity, and stiffener rib has significant effect on bearing capacity; when slenderness ratio λ  increases from 18-4 to 30-3, bias compression bearing capacity reduces 450 kN; when eccentricity e increases from 25 mm to 50 mm, bias compression bearing capacity of stiffened specimens and non-stiffened specimens reduces 27-5 kN and 105 kN respectively; when eccentricity e is 50 mm and mixing ratio η is 35%, the improvement degree of bearing capacity of stiffened specimens with slenderness ratio λ of 18-4 and 30-3 is 2138% and 80% respectively. Linear regression analysis on test data was conducted to obtain the bias compression bearing capacity formula of thin-walled square steel tube columns and the calculation accuracy is well.
