[摘要]為模擬生土基混合結(jié)構(gòu)和生土墻體面層加固中生土和水泥砂漿在豎向荷載下的受力狀態(tài),制作4種不同界面處理方式的生土-水泥砂漿試件和素土試件,對其施加豎向壓力進行受壓試驗。對比相同條件下的素土試件,對生土-水泥砂漿界面處的極限承載力、破壞機理和荷載-位移曲線進行了分析。通過上述分析,提出優(yōu)先采用設(shè)置-6@50鋼筋拉結(jié)的方法進行水泥砂漿面層和生土墻體的連接,也可采用在生土墻體表面鑿毛的方法,但鑿毛深度不宜低于8mm。試驗方法和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)可為生土基混合結(jié)構(gòu)研究和生土建筑進行水泥砂漿面層加固提供參考。

Compression experimental study on specimens with different treatments at raw soil and cement mortar interface

Abstract:In order to simulate the stress state of the raw soil and cement mortar under the vertical load in reinforcement of raw soil base mixed structure and raw soil wall interface, raw soil-cement mortar and plain soil specimens with four different interface treatments were prepared, and compression experiments were conducted under the vertical pressure. The ultimate bearing capacity, failure mechanism and load-displacement curve of the raw soil-cement mortar interface were analyzed by comparing with the plain soil specimens under the same conditions. Through the above analysis, it is suggested that the method of setting the -6@50 steel bar knot should be used to connect the cement mortar interface and the raw soil wall. And the method of cutting the surface of the raw soil wall can be used, but the cut depth should not be lower than 8mm. The experiment method and the related data can provide reference for the study of raw soil base mixed structure and the reinforcement on raw soil building by cement mortar interface.
