表層嵌貼FRP筋材加固鋼筋混凝土梁受力性能研究*

[摘要]采用CFRP,BFRP,GFRP 3種筋材對鋼筋混凝土梁進行表層嵌入式(Near surface Mounted-NSM)加固。通過對比不同筋材加固后構件的荷載位移曲線、開裂模式、破壞模式來分析對比3種筋材的加固效果。試驗結果表明,使用嵌入式方法加固可以有效地提高構件的抗彎承載力,構件的剛度和抗裂的基本性能也明顯改善。其中嵌入CFRP筋材構件的承載力最高,其次是嵌入GFRP筋材,BFRP筋材構件。表層嵌貼FRP筋材加固鋼筋混凝土梁具有良好的受力性能和較好的應用前景。

Study of mechanical behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with NSM FRP bars

Abstract:Three types of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bars, including CFRP, BFRP and GFRP, were used to conduct Near Surface Mounted (NSM) strengthening on reinforced concrete beams. By comparing the load displacement curves, cracking patterns and failures modes of the specimens with different reinforcement materials, the effect of NSM FRP bars was studied. The test results show that NSM strengthening method can effectively enhance the flexural bearing capacity of the beams. In addition, the stiffness and crack resistance of the structural component was also improved by NSM strengthening method significantly. The CFRP bars strengthened beam has the highest loading-carrying capacity compared to those strengthened by BFRP and GFRP bars. The results show that the concrete beams strengthened by NSM method have good mechanical properties and good application prospect.
