異型復(fù)雜空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)選型及新型剛接節(jié)點(diǎn)性能分析*

摘 要

[摘要]針對(duì)三向斜交型異型復(fù)雜鋼屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),比選了傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)架和空腹網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)兩種方案,詳細(xì)介紹了兩種方案的優(yōu)劣,提出了新型空腹齒輪型剛接節(jié)點(diǎn)方案并采用多種有限元軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,在滿(mǎn)足安全的前提下,選擇空腹網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)能夠降低用鋼量、施工方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)性好;利用von Mises屈服準(zhǔn)則和雙線性隨動(dòng)強(qiáng)化準(zhǔn)則對(duì)新型空腹齒輪型剛接節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行非線性分析,得到了節(jié)點(diǎn)初始剛度,結(jié)果表明,新型空腹齒輪型剛接節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度大,符合“強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)、弱構(gòu)件”的設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Structural system selection of complex spatial grid structure and performance analysis of a new type rigid joint

Abstract:Considering structural characteristics of three-dimensional skew crossing complicated steel roof, two schemes of traditional grid structure and open-web grid structure were compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were introduced in detail. A new type of open-web gear-type rigid joint scheme was proposed and analyzed by using a set of finite element software. The results show that under the premise of meeting the safety, selecting open-web grid structure can reduce the amount of steel, and lead to convenient construction and good economic performance. Nonlinear analysis was conducted on the  new type of open-web gear-type rigid joint using von Mises yield criterion and the bilinear kinematic hardening criterion, to obtain the initial stiffness of joint. The results show that the new type of open-web gear-type rigid joint has large stiffness, meeting the design requirements of “strong joint and weak member”.
