南寧天龍財(cái)富中心考慮混凝土收縮徐變的施工模擬分析

[摘要]高層建筑施工過(guò)程較長(zhǎng),混凝土徐變、收縮等時(shí)間效應(yīng)對(duì)高層建筑的豎向變形影響較大?;跉W洲規(guī)范CEB-FIP 90,分析了混凝土收縮、徐變效應(yīng)與相對(duì)濕度、構(gòu)件尺寸、含鋼率、混凝土加載齡期、混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)等因素的關(guān)系。為準(zhǔn)確得到高層建筑逐層施工、逐層找平過(guò)程中的變形,采用SAP2000對(duì)南寧天龍財(cái)富中心高層建筑進(jìn)行考慮收縮、徐變效應(yīng)的施工模擬分析。結(jié)果表明:上部樓層混凝土收縮、徐變效應(yīng)導(dǎo)致的變形占豎向變形的比例較大。為減小構(gòu)件豎向變形差對(duì)水平構(gòu)件的影響,根據(jù)變形補(bǔ)償?shù)乃枷胗?jì)算了各層豎向構(gòu)件的下料預(yù)留長(zhǎng)度。

Construction simulation analysis on Tianlong Fortune Plaza in Nanning considering concrete creep and shrinkage

Abstract:High-rise building construction process is long, and concrete creep, shrinkage and other time effects have great impact on the vertical deformation of high-rise buildings. Based on European standard CEB-FIP 90, the relationship between shrinkage and creep effects of concrete and relative humidity, component size, steel content, concrete loading age and concrete strength grade were analyzed. In order to accurately get the deformation of the high-rise building in process of layer-by-layer construction with layer-by-layer leveling, SAP2000 was used to simulate the shrinkage and creep effects of the high-rise building of Tianlong Fortune Plaza in Nanning. The results show that the deformation caused by shrinkage and creep of the upper storey accounts for a larger proportion of the vertical deformation. In order to reduce the influence of the vertical deformation of the members on the horizontal members, the reserved length of the vertical members of each layer is calculated according to the idea of deformation compensation.
