纖維片材加固砌體墻抗剪承載力公式對(duì)比分析*

[摘要]在收集整理現(xiàn)有水平粘貼及井字形粘貼纖維片材加固砌體墻抗剪性能試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)及抗剪承載力計(jì)算公式的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)水平粘貼及井字形粘貼纖維片材加固砌體墻抗剪承載力計(jì)算公式考慮的因素及試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分布進(jìn)行分析整理,根據(jù)收集的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)受剪承載力公式的準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行探討,在分析試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了纖維復(fù)合材參與工作系數(shù)的計(jì)算公式,并通過(guò)水平粘貼及井字形纖維片材加固砌體墻的抗剪承載力試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè)值與計(jì)算值的對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了各抗剪承載力計(jì)算公式的適用范圍和準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果表明各計(jì)算公式的準(zhǔn)確性不同,綜合考慮軸壓比、墻體高寬比、貼布率等多種影響因素的纖維復(fù)合材參與工作系數(shù)計(jì)算公式能更好地反映水平粘貼及井字形粘貼纖維片材加固砌體墻中纖維片材的利用率,采用此纖維復(fù)合材參與工作系數(shù)值而計(jì)算得到的水平粘貼及井字形粘貼纖維片材加固砌體墻抗剪承載力計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè)值吻合更好。

Comparison and analysis of shear capacity formulas of masonry wall reinforced by fiber reinforce polymer laminates

Abstract:Based on the collected existing test data of shear performance and calculation formula of the shear strength of masonry wall strengthened by horizontal-paste and horizontal-vertical-paste fiber reinforce polymer laminate, factors considered in above calculation formula and distribution of test data were analyzed and sorted. According to the collected test data, the accuracy of shear bearing capacity formula was discussed and the calculation formula of efficiency coefficient of fiber reinforce polymer laminate was proposed based on the analysis of test data. By comparing the measured and calculated values of the shear capacity of masonry walls strengthened by horizontal-paste and horizontal-vertical-paste fiber reinforce polymer laminate, the applicability and accuracy of the formulas for calculating the shear capacity of reinforced concrete walls were verified. The results show that the accuracy of each formula is different, considering the influence factors such as axial compression ratio, wall aspect ratio, patch ratio and other factors, the calculation formula of efficiency coefficient of fiber reinforce polymer laminate can better reflect the utilization rate of fiber reinforce polymer laminate in reinforced masonry walls strengthened by horizontal-paste and horizontal-vertical-paste fiber reinforce polymer laminate. The calculation results of the shear strength of masonry walls reinforced with horizontal-vertical-paste fiber reinforce polymer laminate obtained by using efficiency coefficient of fiber reinforce polymer laminate are in good agreement with the experimental values.
