[摘要]鋼筋混凝土煤倉處于特殊的自然與力學(xué)環(huán)境中,導(dǎo)致煤倉材料、構(gòu)件及結(jié)構(gòu)損傷劣化嚴(yán)重。依據(jù)國家現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對某煤倉進行了現(xiàn)場檢測與設(shè)計復(fù)核驗算,并結(jié)合兩者的結(jié)果對煤倉進行了可靠性鑒定,同時對該煤倉進行了加固設(shè)計。對于不滿足后續(xù)使用年限的構(gòu)件,先進行修復(fù),然后分別選用粘貼碳纖維布(CFRP)加固法及增大截面加固法進行加固補強,最后對各部分進行面層維護,此外還對施工注意事項進行探討。

Reliability evaluation and reinforced design of reinforced concrete coal bunker in a coal mine

Abstract:The reinforced concrete coal bunker is in special natural and mechanical environment, which cause materials, members and structures of coal bunker in coal mine greatly degraded and deteriorated. On-site inspection and checking calculation on the design were conducted on a coal bunker according to the current national standards, and reliability evaluation was conducted on the coal bunker combined with the above results. Reinforced design was conducted on the coal bunker at the same time. The components that did not meet the requirement of subsequent service life were repaired first, and then methods of the CFRP reinforcement method and section-increase reinforcement method were chosen for reinforcement. At last, pavement maintenance was conducted on each part of the components. In addition, attentions of construction were discussed.
