［摘要］以上海某基坑工程為背景，通過對地下連續(xù)墻成槽施工時突遇障礙樁的應(yīng)對措施進行分析，研究了地下空間開發(fā)中障礙樁清除施工的方法歸類、設(shè)備選型和技術(shù)應(yīng)對措施。此外，依據(jù)地下連續(xù)墻槽段內(nèi)的拔樁施工過程記錄和清障效果，總結(jié)了清障前的各項準備工作以及在應(yīng)用高壓泥漿沖切拔樁法時應(yīng)把握好“旋、切、抓、拉”4個施工關(guān)鍵點。

Construction method analysis of barrier pile removal in groove of diaphragm wall

Abstract:Taking foundation pit engineering in Shanghai as the background, measures to deal with the obstacle pile encountered during the construction of groove of diaphragm wall were analyzed. The method classification, equipment selection and technical countermeasures for the removal of obstacle piles in the development of underground space were studied. In addition, according to the construction process recording and pile removal effect of the groove of diaphragm wall, the preparatory work before the clearance was summarized and the four key construction points of “spin, cut, catch, pull” in application of the high pressure mud punching and pulling pile method were summarized.
