[摘要]目前,非超限結(jié)構(gòu)按規(guī)范規(guī)定的“二階段”設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)可以達(dá)到“小震不壞”的設(shè)防目標(biāo),但不能在量化計(jì)算上達(dá)到“中震可修、大震不倒”的設(shè)防目標(biāo)。通過對非超限結(jié)構(gòu)提高抗震設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的分析,建議規(guī)范對非超限結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)采用“C-”性能目標(biāo)。

Analysis and research on safety and economy of non-out-of-code structure after improving seismic design standard

Abstract:At present, the non-out-of-code structure can achieve fortification goal of“no damage under frequent earthquake” if it is designed according to“two stage”design method as stipulated in the specifications, but it cannot achieve fortification goal of“repairable under fortification earthquake and not collapsing under rare earthquake”in the quantitative calculation. Based on analysis on safety and economy of non-out-of-code structure after improving seismic design standard, “C-” class performance goal was suggested for seismic design of non-out-of-code structure.
