云南7度區(qū)某醫(yī)院框剪結(jié)構(gòu)隔震設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要

[摘要]云南7度(0-15g)區(qū)某醫(yī)院住院樓是采用鉛芯橡膠支座隔震的鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),建筑高度71-25m,為高層建筑,建筑平面呈L形。該建筑受限于建筑平面,不能采用防震縫分開,通過在地下室頂板和首層之間的夾層布置鉛芯橡膠支座,改善了結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭性能。設(shè)防地震和罕遇地震下的分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)計(jì)算指標(biāo)均能滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能大大提高。論述了該高層隔震結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的關(guān)鍵問題,如最小剪力系數(shù)的控制、隔震支墩的計(jì)算、隔離縫的處理。

Seismic isolation design of a frame\|shear wall structure in area of 7-level hospital in Yunnan

Abstract:A hospital patient building in area of 7-level(0-15g)in Yunnan adopts the isolated   reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure with the lead-rubber bearing. The building height is 71-25m, which is  a high-rise building and the plane of the building is L shaped. The building can not be separated by the aseismic joint due to the limit of building plane. Through the arrangement of the lead-rubber bearing between the basement roof and the ground floor,the torsional performance of the structure was improved. The calculation results show that all the calculation indexes of the structure can meet the requirements of codes, and the seismic performance of the structure is greatly improved under fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes. The key problems in the design of the high-rise isolated structure were discussed, such as the control of the minimum shear force coefficient, the calculation of the isolation bearing and the treatment of the separation joint.
