[摘要]目前我國開合屋蓋系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展還處于初始階段,這方面的設計經(jīng)驗和技術成果較少。結合中國輕紡城體育中心體育場開合屋蓋設計中的一些經(jīng)驗及設計關鍵環(huán)節(jié)進行介紹。根據(jù)該工程固定屋蓋跨度大、建筑高度低、結構剛度要求大的特點,介紹了所采用的新型并聯(lián)式柔性下弦組合桁架結構設計。同時根據(jù)浙江地區(qū)淤泥質土樁基水平承載力較低的特點,對釋放自重產(chǎn)生的水平力進行了簡要分析。最后,對開合結構屋蓋設計提出幾個方面的總結和建議。

Key technology of retractable roof structure for China Textile City Sports Center Stadium

Abstract:The current development of retractable roof system in China is still in the initial stage, and there are few design experience and technical achievements in this area. The experience and design key processes of retractable roof of China Textile City Sports Center Stadium were introduced. The project has characteristics of large-span fixed roof, low construction height and large structural stiffness requirement. The new type of parallel flexible composite bottom chord truss structure was introduced. According to the characteristics of low horizontal bearing capacity of the pile foundation of the silt soil in Zhejiang provincial area, the horizontal forces generated by releasing the self-weight was briefly analyzed. Finally, several summaries and suggestions for retractable roof structural design were put forward.
