[摘要]對(duì)中國(guó)、美國(guó)和日本三國(guó)鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行了比較,比較了三個(gè)國(guó)家設(shè)計(jì)地震力取值水平、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震等級(jí)劃分、樓層層間位移角限值、鋼柱和鋼梁的板件寬厚比限值、鋼梁水平側(cè)向支撐設(shè)置要求等內(nèi)容。通過(guò)以上比較,闡明了三個(gè)國(guó)家對(duì)于鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)防思路的相同和不同之處、抗震設(shè)防的大致安全度水平。

Comparison of seismic design provisions for steel frames in China, U.S. and Japan(Ⅰ): general design rules

Abstract:The seismic design provisions for steel frames in China, U.S. and Japan were compared in terms of design seismic force level, structural seismic grade division, story drift angle limitation, width-to-thickness ratio limitations for steel beams and columns and arrangement requirement for horizontal lateral bracing of steel beams. Through comparison, it intends to clarify the similarities and differences of seismic fortification thoughts of steel frame structure in the three countries and the safety levels of seismic fortification for China, U.S. and Japan.
