[摘要]新疆高端人才創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大廈由2棟高度分別為93-6m和72-6m的塔樓組成,塔樓之間設(shè)置連橋,連橋跨度26m,大于超限高層設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)中連橋跨度24m的要求,需進(jìn)行全國(guó)超限專家審查。進(jìn)行了8度設(shè)防區(qū)連體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)滿足小震彈性、中震下核心筒抗剪彈性和抗彎不屈服、大震下核心筒截面抗剪不屈服的抗震性能目標(biāo)。對(duì)連橋采取了小震、中震及大震分析,進(jìn)行包絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì),所得出的應(yīng)力比滿足要求。重點(diǎn)分析了連體層對(duì)塔樓樓層的影響,分析結(jié)果表明,B塔樓對(duì)A塔樓沿連橋方向有側(cè)向支撐作用。

Structural design of Xinjiang High-end Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Building

Abstract:Xinjiang High-end Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Building is composed of two tower buildings with height of 93-6m and 72-6m respectively. There is a 26m-span connection bridge between two towers,  which exceeds the requirement of 24m-span connection bridge in out-of-code design key points. So a national expert review is needed. The performance-based seismic design on the connected structure in the 8 degree seismic precautionary zone was conducted. The results show that the structure meets seismic performance objectives of the shear elasticity and not yielding of corewall under frequent and fortification earthquakes,  and not yielding of corewall section under shear forces under rare earthquake. Analyses were conducted on the connection bridge under the frequent,  fortification and rare earthquakes respectively,  and envelope designs were conducted to obtain the stress ratio that meets the requirements. Effect of the connection layer on tower floors was emphatically analyzed and the analysis results show that the B tower has lateral support function on A tower along the connection direction.
