[摘要]廣州美術(shù)館建筑造型為水中盛放的英雄花,采用鋼管混凝土框架+鋼筋混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒組合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過方案對(duì)比,合理地選擇4個(gè)核心筒的剪力墻布置,既保證其作為主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件的作用,又避免其剛度過大而導(dǎo)致地震作用下受拉嚴(yán)重的問題。為節(jié)省投資,根據(jù)建筑造型與結(jié)構(gòu)柱網(wǎng)分布,分區(qū)域地采用了鋼筋混凝土梁板和鋼梁-壓型鋼板組合樓板兩種樓蓋體系,同時(shí)針對(duì)大跨度鋼梁也采用了先鉸接后剛接的構(gòu)造措施,讓鋼梁支座與跨中均能充分發(fā)揮其受力性能。由于建筑層高限制,5層以上的辦公區(qū)域采用局部設(shè)置斜腹桿的跨層空腹鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。為配合建筑造型和使用功能,采用了新型的變截面鋼管混凝土柱和梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)。

Review of structural design of Guangzhou Art Museum

Abstract:The architectural shape of Guangzhou Art Museum is a blossoming hero flower in water. The project adopts composite structural system of concrete-filled steel tubular frame-reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete corewall. Through the scheme comparison, shear wall layout with 4 corewalls was selected reasonably to ensure its function as main lateral resistant components and avoid severe tensile problem under the earthquake action due to excessively large stiffness. To save cost, two floor systems of the reinforced concrete beam slab and composite slab with steel beam and profiled steel sheet were adopted in separate areas, according to the architectural style and structural column grid distribution. At the same time, for large-span steel beams, the structural measure of "rigid connection after hinged connection" was taken to make steel beam bearing and mid-span sections give full play to its mechanical performance. Due to the building height restriction, the cross-layer vierendeel steel truss structure with partly-arranged diagonal web members was adopted in the working area in the 5th layer above. In order to meet the requirements of architectural form and use function, a new type of concrete-filled steel tubular column with variable cross-section was adopted as well as new type beam-column joint.
