全裝配式混凝土墻板結構的豎向接縫研究

[摘要]目前國內裝配式混凝土結構規(guī)程和標準中對于豎向接縫荷載效應的計算方法都少有提及,而豎向接縫承載力計算公式的研究卻比較多。對于豎向接縫而言,只知道其承載力而未知其荷載效應,則無法判斷其是否安全。根據組合梁荷載效應的計算方法來研究全裝配式混凝土結構豎向接縫荷載效應的計算方法,在彎矩作用下,根據平截面假定,兩片墻體不僅受到按其各自剛度分配得到的彎矩的作用還受到附加軸力的作用,分配得到的彎矩和附加軸力共同作用下的應力圖與總的彎矩作用下的應力圖一致;豎向接縫的荷載效應為彎矩以及軸力作用的效應之和。建立一種新的豎向接縫連接形式,并通過對相關內容的研究,提出一個承載力計算公式。

Abstract:At present, the calculation method of the load effect at the vertical joints is rarely mentioned in the domestic specification and standards for precast concrete structures. For the bearing capacity of vertical joints, there are many researches on the calculation method. For the vertical joints, it cannot determine whether it is safe if only its bearing capacity is known rather than its load effect. According to the calculation method of composite beam load effect, the calculation method of vertical joint load effect of full prefabricated concrete structure was studied. Under the action of bending moment, according to the assumption of flat section, the two walls are not only affected by the action of moment distributed according to their respective stiffness and are also affected by the additional axial force. The stress diagram under the combined action of distributed bending moment and additional axial force is consistent with the stress diagram under the action of total bending moment. The vertical joint load effect is the sum of the effects of bending moment and axis force. A new form of vertical joint was established. Based on the research of related content, a formula of bearing capacity calculation was proposed.
