裝配式配筋砌塊砌體建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究*

[摘要]隨著配筋砌塊砌體剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的大量應(yīng)用以及裝配式配筋砌塊砌體建筑的示范應(yīng)用,裝配式配筋砌塊砌體建筑已成為裝配式建筑領(lǐng)域不可或缺的重要技術(shù)路線。參照《裝配式建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB/T 51129—2017)對(duì)幾種常用裝配式建筑構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)體系,根據(jù)裝配式配筋砌塊砌體建筑在技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),從建筑系統(tǒng)及建筑的基本性能、使用功能等方面提出評(píng)價(jià)方法和指標(biāo)體系。以單體建筑作為裝配率計(jì)算和裝配式建筑等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)的單元,以裝配率作為評(píng)價(jià)裝配式建筑等級(jí)的指標(biāo),制定的評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容和方法綜合考慮了黑龍江省的嚴(yán)寒地域特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)發(fā)展水平。研究成果已被列入黑龍江省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《裝配式配筋砌塊砌體剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(DB23/T 2066—2017),對(duì)規(guī)范裝配式配筋砌塊砌體建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、推進(jìn)裝配式配筋砌塊砌體建筑健康發(fā)展將起到?jīng)Q定性作用。

Research on the standards for assessing prefabricated reinforced concrete masonry buildings

Abstract:With the growing application of reinforced concrete masonry shear wall structures and the demonstration of the prefabricated reinforced concrete masonry structures, the prefabricated reinforced concrete masonry structures is becoming an important technique for the prefabrication buildings.  Based on the evaluation system of prefabricated buildings by Standard for assessment of prefabricated building (GB/T 51129—2017) according to the technical and industrial characteristics of the prefabricated reinforced concrete masonry structures, the relevant methods and indices were proposed for assessing the building systems, performances and functions. Individual buildings were taken as the objective for the assessment of prefabricated buildings and the calculation of prefabrication ratio, and the prefabrication ratio was taken as a main indicator for grading. Furthermore, the proposed evaluation methods took into account the regional characteristics and technical development in Heilongjiang Province. Relevant research achievements have been included in the local standard of Heilongjiang Province, namely Technical specification for prefabricated reinforced concrete masonry shear wall structures (DB23/T 2066—2017). The standard could play a decisive role in standardizing the evaluation and promoting the healthy development of the prefabricated reinforced concrete masonry buildings.
