[摘要]基坑側(cè)壁采用錨桿排樁圍護結(jié)構(gòu)時,由于施工成樁時的樁身垂直度與壓入點位移誤差很大,樁沿基坑側(cè)壁平面凹凸不平,且貼靠點處存有空隙,相鄰各樁的相對位移差值遠超出結(jié)構(gòu)分析變形的允許值,致使計算模型失真。提出了一種新型圍護結(jié)構(gòu)——預應(yīng)力錨桿擔梁排樁圍護結(jié)構(gòu)。此結(jié)構(gòu)無連續(xù)腰梁、冠梁,將傳統(tǒng)的排樁結(jié)構(gòu)整體改成獨立的雙樁單元結(jié)構(gòu)體,較好地符合計算模型假定。通過對比分析及工程實例,闡述了預應(yīng)力錨桿擔梁排樁圍護結(jié)構(gòu)具有安全可靠、節(jié)省造價、操作簡便、縮短工期等特點。

Application of prestressed anchor rod spreader beam row pile in foundation pit support structure

Abstract:When the side wall of the foundation pit is supported by anchor rod row pile retaining structure, the displacement deviation of the vertical degree of pile body and the compression point are very large, and each pile is uneven along the side wall of the foundation pit, and there is a gap at the point where the pile is attached. The relative displacement difference of the adjacent piles is far beyond the allowable value of the structural analysis, resulting in the distortion of the calculation model. In order to solve the above problems, a new type of retaining structure was proposed, that is, prestressed anchor rod spreader beam row pile retaining structure. This structure has no continuous waist beam and crown beam, and the traditional row pile structure is transformed into an independent double pile unit structure, which is well in line with the assumption of the calculation model. Through comparison and analysis and engineering examples, the characteristics of the prestressed anchor rod spreader beam row pile retaining structure were explained including safety, reliability, cost saving, simple operation and shortening construction time.
