［摘要］河南省某廣播電視發(fā)射塔發(fā)生倒塌事故，通過事故現(xiàn)場調(diào)查及構(gòu)件材料檢測，對該鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廣播電視發(fā)射塔的倒塌原因做出了初步判斷，采用3D3S有限元軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析，進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證事故原因。結(jié)果表明，該塔未按規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)未設(shè)置橫隔，塔體局部構(gòu)件承載力不足是導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)失穩(wěn)倒塌的主要原因。最后對該類鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廣播電視發(fā)射塔提出后期維護(hù)的建議。

Analysis of collapsed steel structure radio and television transmission tower

Abstract:There was a collapse accident of a radio and television transmission tower in Henan Province. The cause of the collapse of the steel tower was judged by the accident site investigation and the testing of the component material. The stability analysis of the structure was carried out by the 3D3S finite element software to further verify the cause of the accident. The results show that the tower has not been designed according to the standard, and the transverse ribs are not set in weak link of the structure, and the insufficient bearing capacity of the local component of the tower is the main reason for the collapse of the structure. Finally, suggestions for later maintenance of this type of steel structure radio and television transmission tower were put forward.
