空腹夾層板最合理結(jié)構(gòu)高度的對(duì)比與分析*

[摘要]為研究結(jié)構(gòu)高度對(duì)空腹夾層板剛度和保溫隔熱性能的影響規(guī)律,采用有限元軟件建立了15個(gè)空腹夾層板和1個(gè)等體積實(shí)心混凝土板的模型,并分析了模型的變形、冬季保溫、夏季隔熱性能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明:空腹夾層板存在一個(gè)最合理高度使得結(jié)構(gòu)剛度最大、變形最小,且數(shù)值基本保持在跨度的1/15左右;同樣存在一個(gè)最合理高度使空腹夾層板的保溫隔熱性能最佳,保溫和隔熱性能指標(biāo)分別為等體積實(shí)心混凝土板的34-78倍和34-4倍,數(shù)值保持在700mm左右;當(dāng)結(jié)構(gòu)高度從700mm變化到跨度的1/15時(shí),空腹夾層板的變形改變并不顯著,撓度均滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,而保溫隔熱性能卻下降非常顯著。建議在滿足撓度要求的基礎(chǔ)上,空腹夾層板結(jié)構(gòu)的高度宜取700mm,可獲得較好的剛度和最優(yōu)的保溫隔熱性能。

Analysis and comparison of most reasonable structural height for open-web sandwich plate

Abstract:In order to study the influence of structural height on stiffness and thermal insulation performance of open-web sandwich plate, finite element softwares were used to establish fifteen open-web sandwich plates model and one equal volume solid concrete plate model. The deformation of the model and thermal insulation performance indicators in winter and summer were analyzed. The results show that there is a most reasonable structural height of the open-web sandwich plate, which makes the structural rigidity maximum and the deformation minimum, and the value is basically maintained at about 1/15 of the span; there is also a most reasonable height for the best thermal insulation performance of the open-web sandwich plate. The thermal insulation performance indicators in winter and summer are 34-78 and 34-4 times that of solid concrete slabs of equal volume, and the height value is about 700mm; when the structural height changes from 700mm to 1/15 of the span, the deformation of open-web sandwich plate is not significantly changed, and the deflections meet the relevant specifications requirements, but the thermal insulation performance has decreased significantly. It is recommended that, on the basis of satisfying the deflection requirements, the height of the open-web sandwich plate structure should be 700mm to achieve better stiffness and optimal thermal insulation performance.
