[摘要]基于《核電廠混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)標準》(送審稿)和美國規(guī)范ACI 349-3,對比分析了中國和美國核安全相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件層次的安全度。結(jié)果表明,中國核電廠技術(shù)標準軸心受拉、受彎、軸心受壓、偏心受壓、受剪和受扭鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的安全度與美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13相當,受沖切構(gòu)件的安全度比美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13高約30%,局部受壓構(gòu)件的安全度比美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13高約45%,深梁的安全度與美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13相當;牛腿按簡化方法設計時的安全度比美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13低約20%,按拉壓桿模型設計時的與美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13相當。中國核電廠技術(shù)標準軸心受拉、受彎預應力混凝土構(gòu)件的安全度分別比美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13高約10%和15%,預應力混凝土受剪構(gòu)件的安全度與美國規(guī)范ACI 349-13相當。

Comparative analysis on the safety of nuclear safety related concrete structures designed based on Chinese and American codes

Abstract:A comparative analysis is made for the safety of nuclear safety related concrete structures based on Technical standards for concrete structures in nuclear power plants (Manuscript) and American code ACI 349-13. It is revealed that the safety of reinforced concrete members in axial tension, bending, axial compression, eccentric compression, shear and torsion designed according to Chinese code and American code ACI 349-13 are essentially identical. The safety of reinforced concrete members in punching shear designed based on Chinese code is 30% greater than that based on American code ACI 349-13, and the safety of the members in local compression is 45% greater than that based on American code ACI 349-13. The safety of deep beams in Chinese code and American code ACI 349-13 is coincident. The safety of corbels designed by simplified method in American code ACI 349-13 is 20% greater than that in Chinese code, and is coincident to the American code ACI 349-13 using stud and tie model. The safety of prestressed concrete members in axial tension and bending designed based on Chinese code is 10% and 15% greater than that based on American code ACI 349-13, and the safety of the members in shear designed by both codes are coincident.
