HTRPM反應堆廠房單側鋼板混凝土空心組合屋蓋設計研究*

[摘要]華能山東石島灣核電廠高溫氣冷堆核電示范工程反應堆廠房屋蓋系統(tǒng)(長43-8m,寬33-5m,層高16m)采用單側鋼板混凝土(HSC)空心組合結構,模塊化制作、安裝。結構分析表明,在各種工況和荷載組合下,結構整體及構件強度、變形指標均能滿足相關規(guī)范要求。靜力試驗表明,采用《型鋼混凝土組合結構技術規(guī)程》(JGJ 138—2001)計算結構強度及變形是適宜的,結構延性高,模塊化制作安裝速度快,質量可靠,縮短了HTR-PM示范工程建設安裝周期,取得了良好的經濟效果。

Design and research on half-steel-concrete hollow composite roof structure in the HTR-PM reactor building

Abstract:The half-steel-concrete(HSC) hollow composite structure was used in the reactor building roof system(43-8 meters long, 33-5 meters wide and 16 meters high) of HuaNeng Shandong Shidaowan nuclear power plant HTR-PM demonstration project. The modular manufacture and installation was used in this structure. The analysis for structure shows that under various conditions and loading combinations, the structural integrity and component strength and deformation index can meet the requirements of the relevant specifications. The static test shows that it is appropriate to use the Technical specification for steel reinforced concrete composite structures(JGJ 138—2001) to calculate the structural strength and deformation. A good ductility performance of this structure was found. Using modular manufacture and installation, with reliable quality, can shorten the construction period of the HTR-PM demonstration project and achieve good economic effect.
