壓水堆核電站預(yù)應(yīng)力安全殼三維仿真設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

[摘要]預(yù)應(yīng)力安全殼因其復(fù)雜的預(yù)應(yīng)力系統(tǒng),被視為核島廠房最為復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)。依托在建核電項(xiàng)目,通過(guò)三維仿真設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)PDMS,把復(fù)雜幾何關(guān)系以離散的形式編寫(xiě)到程序代碼中進(jìn)行預(yù)應(yīng)力三維仿真設(shè)計(jì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束繞洞口快速三維建模、閘門(mén)區(qū)域水平預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束并筋、碰撞檢查等功能,同時(shí)通過(guò)三維仿真設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)PDMS的二次開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行平面展開(kāi)圖自動(dòng)導(dǎo)出、鋼束信息智能統(tǒng)計(jì)、預(yù)應(yīng)力損失及伸長(zhǎng)值自動(dòng)計(jì)算。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,采用三維仿真設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)PDMS進(jìn)行建模并對(duì)此平臺(tái)進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā)不僅提高了預(yù)應(yīng)力三維設(shè)計(jì)精度和效率,同時(shí)提高了設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量,具有一定的應(yīng)用推廣意義。

Three-dimensional simulation design and application of prestressed containment for pressurized water reactor  nuclear power plant

bstract:Because of its complex prestressed system, the prestressed containment is regarded as the most complex structure of the nuclear power plant. Relying on the nuclear power project under construction, through the three-dimensional simulation design platform PDMS, the complex geometric relations were written in discrete code into the program code for prestressed three-dimensional simulation design, and finally the functions were achieved including rapid three-dimensional modeling of the prestressed tendons around the hole, as well as bundled tendons at the gate area and collision check, etc. At the same time through the secondary development of the three-dimensional simulation design platform PDMS, functions were carried out including automatically derived plane drawing, intelligent statistics of the tendon information, loss of prestress and automatic calculation of elongation. The application results show that the use of three-dimensional simulation design platform PDMS for modeling and secondary development of this platform not only improves the precision and efficiency of the prestressed three-dimensional design, but also improves the design quality and has a certain application and promotion significance.
