[摘要]對已有的平齊端板節(jié)點的組件模型進行改進,考慮了剪力與拉、彎作用的耦合效應,并用三維有限元分析的結(jié)果對組件模型進行了驗證。采用該組件模型,可以方便地得到節(jié)點在同時承受拉、剪、彎綜合荷載作用時的性能。結(jié)果表明,增大剪力會導致節(jié)點失效溫度的降低,但溫度低于550℃時剪力對節(jié)點變形的影響不大;端板越厚、節(jié)點承受的彎矩及拉力越小時,剪力的影響更為顯著,端板為8mm時剪力對節(jié)點性能的影響可忽略;懸鏈拉力會顯著影響節(jié)點的性能,因此火災時應考慮節(jié)點可能受到的附加拉力的影響。

Research on component-based model for flush endplate connections in fire considering the effect of the shear force

Abstract:A previous component-based model for flush endplate connections was improved by incorporating the coupling effect between the shear force and the tensile or bending action of a connection. The model was validated against the three-dimensional finite element simulation results. With this model, the behavior of connections under the combined effects of tension, shear and moment can be obtained conveniently. The analysis results indicate that increase of the shear force can reduce the connection failure temperature, but the effect of shear force to connection deformation is not big before the temperature reaches 550℃. Shear force has more significant effect on connection resistance when the endplate thickness increases and the tension or moment action decreases. When the endplate is only 8mm, effect of shear on the connection behaviour is negligible. Catenary tying force can significantly affect the performance of connections in fire and should be taken into consideration appropriately.
