[摘要]為了研究纖維增強(qiáng)聚合物(FRP)約束高韌性水泥基復(fù)合材料(ECC)軸壓性能,進(jìn)行了33個FRP約束和3個未約束ECC圓柱的軸壓試驗(yàn),測定了應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,分析了纖維布種類和層數(shù)對約束圓柱軸壓性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:FRP約束能有效提高ECC的強(qiáng)度和極限應(yīng)變;影響約束ECC抗壓強(qiáng)度的主要因素是約束比;影響極限應(yīng)變的主要因素是約束比和約束剛度。基于試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出了強(qiáng)度和極限應(yīng)變的預(yù)測公式,其預(yù)測精度較高;對Samaan模型中的f0和E2進(jìn)行了修正,改進(jìn)后的模型能更精確地預(yù)測FRP約束ECC的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系。

Experimental and theoretical research on axial compression performance of ECC confined by FRB

Abstract:In order to study the axial compression behaviors of FRP confined ECC specimens under monotonic axial compressive experiment, thirty three FRP confined ECC specimens and three unconfined ECC cylindrical specimens were tested and the stress-strain curves were obtained.The influence effect of FRP types and layers of fiber sheets were analyzed.The results indicate that the FRP confinement was shown to improve both the ultimate strength and strain significantly.The confinement ratio is the major influence factor of the compressive strength and the confinement ratio and the lateral restraint stiffness are both the major influence factor on the ultimate strain of confined ECC.A new ultimate strength and strain perdition model was proposed, and the new proposed model presented the best fitting results.Based on the test results, the f0 and E2 in Samaan model were modified and the results show that the improved model can predict the stressstrain relationship of confined specimens more accurately.
