齒板連接GluBam板齒強度試驗分析研究*

[摘要]通過拉伸試驗,在荷載方向與GluBam膠合竹板(簡稱GluBam)主纖維方向、齒板主軸方向不同夾角的10組工況下,對齒板連接GluBam節(jié)點的板齒強度進行了研究。結(jié)果表明《木結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范》(GB 50005—2003)、《輕型木桁架技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ/T 265—2012)中板齒強度插值公式在α=0°時不適用于齒板連接GluBam節(jié)點,在α=90°時適用于齒板連接GluBam板齒節(jié)點。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了齒板連接GluBam節(jié)點的板齒強度設(shè)計值公式,以在齒板連接GluBam結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計中使用。

Experimental study on tooth strength of metal-plate-connected GluBam

Abstract:Ten types of specimens were tested to examine the tooth strength of metal-plated\|connected glued laminated bamboo (GluBam) joints. The main testing parameters were the varying angles between the load direction and the main fiber direction of GluBam and the main axis direction of the truss metal plate. The strength of the truss plate′s single tooth was studied by the tensile test. The results show that the single tooth strength design value formula in Code for design of timber structures(GB 50005—2003) and Technical code for light wood trusses(JGJ/T 265—2012) are not applicable to the truss plateconnected GluBam joints when α is 0°, but when α is 90°, the formula is applicable to this joints. Based on the test results, the design formula of single tooth strength was proposed, which can be used in the design of the metal-plate-connected GluBam.
