[摘要]北京煉焦化工廠能源研發(fā)科技中心1號樓存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、偏心布置、凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)等不規(guī)則項,采用設(shè)置結(jié)構(gòu)縫、滑動支座等方法將1號樓地上結(jié)構(gòu)合理劃分為各自獨立的單體,有效避免了結(jié)構(gòu)多項超限不規(guī)則;通過對多個方案進行分析比較,確定了為中庭C區(qū)索網(wǎng)幕墻提供支承的巨型框架的構(gòu)件布置形式;介紹了屋面大跨裝飾架和懸挑裝飾架的結(jié)構(gòu)體系和支座形式;并對其進行考慮雙非線性的整體穩(wěn)定分析和抗連續(xù)倒塌分析。分析結(jié)果表明,裝飾架結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定承載力安全系數(shù)不小于2-0;懸挑裝飾架任一受拉支座失效,不會引起其余結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的連續(xù)失效。

Structural design of No.1 building of Energy Research and Development Technology Center of  Beijing Coking Chemical Plant

Abstract:The No. 1 Building of Energy Research and Development Technology Center of Beijing Coking Chemical Plant has irregularities such as torsion irregularity, eccentric arrangement, irregular irregularities and discontinuous floor slabs. The structure of the No. 1 building was reasonably divided into separated structures by using the structural joints and sliding supports, which effectively avoids multiple irregularities in the structure. Through the analysis and comparison of several schemes, the component arrangement form of the mega frame which provides support for the cable curtain wall of the atrium C area was determined; the structural system and the support form of the large-span decorative frame of the roof and the cantilever decorative frame were introduced; overall stability analysis and the progressive collapse resistance analysis considering double nonlinearity were conducted. The analysis results show that the safety factor of the stable bearing capacity of the decorative frame structure is not less than 2-0; the failure of any one of the cantilevered decorative frame will not cause continuous failure of the remaining structural components.
