[摘要]結(jié)合當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外裝配式住宅樓板體系的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出一種新型的鋼筋桁架發(fā)泡混凝土復(fù)合板結(jié)構(gòu)。為研究鋼筋桁架發(fā)泡混凝土復(fù)合板的受彎性能,進(jìn)行了3個(gè)復(fù)合板試件受彎試驗(yàn)。分析了各試件的破壞特征、荷載與應(yīng)變、撓度關(guān)系以及開裂荷載、屈服荷載、極限荷載。研究表明,鋼筋桁架發(fā)泡混凝土復(fù)合板呈現(xiàn)典型的受彎構(gòu)件受力特征,其鋼筋桁架能有效約束混凝土板裂縫的開展,提高混凝土板的后期剛度。通過理論推導(dǎo),得出了鋼筋桁架發(fā)泡混凝土復(fù)合板開裂彎矩、極限彎矩、撓度以及裂縫寬度計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值相對(duì)誤差較小。

Experimental research on flexural performance of composite slabs with foamed concrete and steel bar truss

Abstract:Combined with the current development trend of fabricated residential floor slab system at home and abroad, a new type of composite slab structure with foamed concrete and steel bar truss was proposed. In order to study the flexural performance of composite slabs with foamed concrete and steel bar truss, three composite plate specimens were subjected to flexural test. The failure characteristics, load and strain, deflection relationship, cracking load, yield load and ultimate load of each test specimen were analyzed. The research shows that the composite slab with foamed concrete and steel bar truss exhibits the typical mechanical characteristics of the flexural members and the steel bar truss can effectively restrain the cracks of the concrete slab and improve the late stiffness of the concrete slab. Through the theoretical derivation, the calculation formulas of cracking moment, ultimate flexural moment, deflection and crack width of composite slab with foamed concrete and steel bar truss were obtained. The relative error between the calculated results and the experimental values was small.
