[摘要]高地震烈度區(qū)昆明某住宅項(xiàng)目采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)總高度120.4m,存在一項(xiàng)凹凸不規(guī)則,且具有高寬比大、剪力墻在地震作用下內(nèi)力大等特點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)在保證大高寬比結(jié)構(gòu)滿足規(guī)范要求的同時(shí),還要使結(jié)構(gòu)兩個(gè)方向的動(dòng)力特性相近。選用YJK,ETABS和SAUSAGE軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,計(jì)算內(nèi)容包括小震反應(yīng)譜分析、小震彈性時(shí)程分析、中震分析、大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析以及大震彈塑性靜力分析。并且根據(jù)專家要求,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵部分進(jìn)行了框架-剪力墻模型以及實(shí)體單元模型的補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性。結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)合理的結(jié)構(gòu)平面布置,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)效率,使結(jié)構(gòu)在小震和大震作用下都能保證良好的抗震性能,安全可行。

Optimization design of a residential building with large height-width ratio in high seismic fortification intensity area

Abstract:A residential project in high seismic fortification intensity area in Kunming adopts the shear wall structural system. The total height of the structure is 120.4m. There is a concave-convex irregularity, and it has the characteristics of large height-width ratio, large internal forces of the shear wall under the earthquake. While designing to ensure that the structure with large height-width ratio meets the requirements of the specification, the dynamic characteristics of the structure in both directions should be similar. YJK, ETABS and SAUSAGE software were used to calculate the structure. The calculation contents included response spectrum analysis under frequent earthquakes, elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes, analysis under fortification earthquakes, elastoplastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes and elastoplastic static analysis under rare earthquakes. According to the requirements of experts, supplementary calculations of the frame-shear wall model and the solid element model were performed on the key parts of the structure to ensure the reliability of the structural design. The results show that, through reasonable structural layout, the structural efficiency is improved, and the structure can ensure good seismic performance under frequent and rare earthquakes, and is safe and feasible.
