[摘要]南京牛首山佛頂宮大穹頂為單層鋁合金單層網(wǎng)殼,采用鋁合金板式節(jié)點(diǎn)連接。為直觀了解節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能和破壞機(jī)理,對桿件高度為550mm的足尺鋁合金網(wǎng)格單元試件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,節(jié)點(diǎn)符合“強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)弱構(gòu)件”的基本要求。在試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用ABAQUS及ANSYS軟件對鋁合金板式節(jié)點(diǎn)及鋁合金網(wǎng)格單元進(jìn)行有限元分析,有限元分析結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象基本一致,驗(yàn)證了有限元模型的合理性與有效性。試驗(yàn)與有限元模擬的對比分析結(jié)果表明,本項(xiàng)目采用的鋁合金板式節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計荷載作用下是安全和可靠的。

Experimental study and finite element analysis on the aluminum alloy gusset-type joints of the large dome in Nanjing Niushou Mountain Fo Ding Palace

Abstract:The large dome of Niushou Mountain Fo Ding Palace in Nanjing is a single-layer aluminum shell structure, connected by aluminum alloy gusset (AAG) joints. In order to intuitively understand the joint performance and failure mechanism of the project, a full-scale aluminum alloy grid unit test piece with a height of 550mm was experimentally studied. The test results show that the joint meets the basic requirements of “strong joint weak component”. Based on the experiments, ABAQUS and ANSYS software were used to perform finite element analysis on AAG joints and aluminum alloy grid units. The results of the finite element analysis were basically consistent with the experimental phenomena, which verified the rationality and effectiveness of the finite element model. The comparative analysis results of the test and the finite element simulation show that the AAG joint used in this project is safe and reliable under the design loads.
