重慶某連續(xù)斜坡上帶核心筒的框架-剪力墻掉層結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)嵌固設(shè)計

[摘要]重慶某連續(xù)斜坡上帶核心筒的框架-剪力墻掉層結(jié)構(gòu),由于無明顯接地端,造成基礎(chǔ)嵌固設(shè)計存在較大的不確定性。在強調(diào)概念設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,將此結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)嵌固問題轉(zhuǎn)換為結(jié)構(gòu)核心筒剪力墻的基礎(chǔ)嵌固問題,進一步提出核心筒部分的“挖填找平”嵌固解決方案,即通過開挖邊坡“挖平”、設(shè)置箱形基礎(chǔ)“填平”,最終形成具有統(tǒng)一標(biāo)高的核心筒基礎(chǔ)嵌固端,使核心筒基礎(chǔ)由無明確接地端轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槊鞔_的上、下接地端,從而解決結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)嵌固問題。在確保邊坡穩(wěn)定的前提下,并對結(jié)構(gòu)采取一系列加強措施后,經(jīng)多遇地震彈性分析及罕遇地震下靜力彈塑性分析,認為該基礎(chǔ)嵌固解決方案行之有效。

Foundation-fixed design of frame-shear wall structure with corewall supported by foundations with different elevations on a continuous slope in Chongqing

Abstract:There is a comparatively large uncertainty in the foundation-fixed design of the frame-shear wall structure with corewall supported by foundations with different elevations on a continuous slope in Chongqing because of lack of indistinct embedding end. On the basis of emphasizing conceptual design, the foundation-fixed problem of this structure was transformed into the foundation-fixed problem of the corewall shear wall of the structure, and the embedment solution of "excavation, filling and leveling" for the corewall part was further proposed. The corewall foundation embedment end with uniform elevation was finally formed through the excavation of the slope and setting of the box foundation for filling. The corewall foundation was changed from no explicit embedding end to clear upper and lower embedding ends, thereby solving the problem of structural foundation-fixed. On the premise of ensuring the stability of the slope, and after taking a series of strengthening measures for the structure, based on the elasticity analysis under frequent earthquakes and static elastoplasticity analysis under rare earthquakes, the foundation-fixed solution was considered to be effective.
