[摘要]由于鶴山名門項目地下室底板持力層為中風(fēng)化花崗巖,因此選用巖石錨桿作為抗浮措施;并對巖石錨桿的基本構(gòu)造,及錨固長度關(guān)于直錨長度、抗拔承載力、錨固體整體穩(wěn)定性三個方面基本要求進行詳細說明;隨后綜合兩種常見的抗浮錨桿布置方式的優(yōu)缺點,提出一種新型的錨桿布置方式——梅花型布置;最后按設(shè)計規(guī)范及相關(guān)要求,確定抗浮錨桿的承載力特征值和錨固長度。采用梅花型布置方式布置錨桿,利用有限元計算模型進行抗浮設(shè)計與分析,結(jié)果表明:抗浮錨桿受力均勻,底板變形滿足設(shè)計要求,底板受力合理,其配筋率也相對經(jīng)濟。

Anti-floating design and analysis of basement for Mingmen Project in Heshan

Abstract:As the bearing layer of the foundation slab in basement of Mingmei Project in Heshan moderately weathered granite, rock anchor bar was selected as anti-floating measure; the basic structure of rock anchor bar and the basic requirements of anchorage length on straight anchor length, anti-pulling bearing capacity and overall stability of anchor solid were described in detail; then, a new type of anti-floating anchor bar with quincunx-shaped arrangement was proposed based on the advantages and disadvantages of two common arrangements of anti-floating anchor bar. Finally, according to the design specifications and relevant requirements, the bearing capacity characteristic value and anchorage length of the anti-floating anchor bar were determined. Anchor bars were arranged by quincunx-shaped arrangement form, design and analysis of anti-floating anchor bar were carried out by using the finite element model. The results show that the anti-floating anchor is evenly stressed, the deformation of the foundation slab in basement meets the design requirements, the stress of the foundation slab in basement is reasonable, and its reinforcement ratio is relatively economic.
