南極中山站蔬菜生產(chǎn)溫室項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]南極大陸因?yàn)槠涮厥獾牡乩砦恢煤蜌夂驐l件,決定了南極建筑工程具有獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn)。對(duì)獨(dú)立鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)和附建式連廊結(jié)構(gòu)兩種結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)對(duì)比,連廊結(jié)構(gòu)方案因其工序更少,施工周期更短,抗風(fēng)能力更強(qiáng),因此更符合南極建筑工程的特點(diǎn),最終確定為南極中山站蔬菜生產(chǎn)溫室項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)方案。南極建筑主要控制荷載為風(fēng)荷載,依據(jù)南極中山站的氣象資料和規(guī)范公式,明確了南極中山站建筑的風(fēng)荷載取值為1.6kN/m2。介紹了項(xiàng)目主要結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件尺寸和對(duì)原結(jié)構(gòu)局部構(gòu)件的加固措施,簡(jiǎn)述了南極施工中應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)。項(xiàng)目采用連廊結(jié)構(gòu)方案,且風(fēng)荷載的取值合理,使得工程建設(shè)不僅經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全,而且建設(shè)工序簡(jiǎn)化,工期縮短,對(duì)將來(lái)南極科考站已有建筑的改擴(kuò)建工程具有一定的借鑒意義。

Structural design of vegetable production greenhouse project in Antarctic Zhongshan Station

Abstract:Because of its special geographical location and climate conditions, the Antarctica constructional engineering has unique characteristics. The advantages and disadvantages of the two structural schemes of the independent steel frame structure and the attached gallery structure were compared. The gallery structure scheme was more in line with the characteristics of the Antarctica constructional engineering due to its fewer processes, shorter construction period and stronger wind resistance. It was finally determined as the structural scheme of the vegetable production greenhouse project in Antarctic Zhongshan Station. According to the meteorological data and standard formula of Antarctic Zhongshan Station, the wind load value of Antarctic Zhongshan Station is 1.6kN/m2. The dimensions of the main structural members of the project and the reinforcement measures for the local members of the original structure were introduced, and the matters needing attention in the Antarctica construction of the project were briefly described. The gallery scheme and reasonable value of wind load adopted in the project not only made the project construction economic and safe, but also simplified the construction process and shortened the construction period, which had certain reference significance for the reconstruction and expansion of the existing buildings of the Antarctica scientific research station in the future.
