鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)抽柱改造關(guān)鍵問題及其解決方法

摘 要

[摘要]針對鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)抽柱改造實(shí)踐,歸納了結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能、加固框架梁與拆除框架柱的順序、支撐系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與樓、屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計(jì)等關(guān)鍵問題。對拆除框架柱后結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能提出了驗(yàn)算要求;對加固框架梁與拆除框架柱的順序及其影響進(jìn)行了分析;對支撐系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分類,并提出了設(shè)計(jì)建議和驗(yàn)算方法;對樓、屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)提出了控制加固范圍、集中加固目標(biāo)柱上框架梁的設(shè)計(jì)理念?;诳箯潉偠瓤紤],提出采用矩形鋼管-混凝土組合梁加固目標(biāo)柱上框架梁,并在實(shí)際工程中應(yīng)用,取得了良好效果。

Key issues and settlement for demolishing columns of reinforced concrete frame structure

Abstract:According to the demolishing columns of reinforced concrete frame structure, key issues were generalized including structural overall performances, sequence of strengthening frame beams and demolishing frame columns, and design of support system and reinforcement design of building and roof structures. Checking requirement for the structure overall performance after demolishing frame columns was proposed. Analysis on the influence of different sequences of strengthening frame beams and demolishing frame columns were carried out. Support system was categorized, design suggestion and checking calculation methods were put forward. A design concept was advocated for limiting the range of strengthening members and focusing on the strengthening frame beams on top of those frame columns to be demolished. In consideration of flexural stiffness, the adoption of concrete-filled rectangular steel tube composite beam strengthening frame beams in target frame column was proposed and application in practical engineering reached good results.
