[摘要]科創(chuàng)園1號地項目由地下2或3層、地上13~19層的5棟高層辦公塔樓及裙房、6棟地上1層商業(yè)組成。建筑造型復雜,結(jié)構整體表現(xiàn)為上部樓層U形平面和下部樓層獨立分塊的多塔,中間6~8層采用16.8,33.6m跨轉(zhuǎn)換桁架形成回字形的強連接體?;谏鲜銮闆r,進行了包括結(jié)構單體劃分、結(jié)構布置、轉(zhuǎn)換桁架形式和位置等結(jié)構方案比選,盡可能地減少了結(jié)構超限程度; 針對存在的扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、側(cè)向剛度突變、豎向構件間斷4項超限類型的典型超限結(jié)構單體,進行了性能化設計分析,并提出了加強措施。 結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構各階段的性能水準均能滿足設定的性能目標,抗震加強措施可靠可行。

Schemes comparison and out-code analysis of Kechuangyuan No.1 complex structures

Abstract:Kechuangyuan No. 1 project is composed of 5 high-rise office towers with 2 or 3 levels basement and 13~19 floors super structure and 6 commercial buildings with 1 floor super structure. The architectural form is complex. The upper and lower floors are multi towers with U-shaped plane and independent blocks respectively. The middle 6~8 floors form a annular shaped strong connector with 16.8m and 33.6m span transfer trusses. In view of the above situation, structural schemes were compared and selected including structural monomer division, structural layout, transfer truss form and position, so as to reduce the out-code degree of structure as much as possible. In view of typical out-code structural units with four out-code types of torsional irregularity, concave convex irregularity, lateral stiffness mutation and vertical component discontinuity, the performance-based design and analysis were carried out, and strengthening measures were proposed. The results show that the performance level of each stage of the structure can meet the set performance objectives, and the seismic strengthening measures are reliable and feasible.
