［摘要］針對(duì)夾心復(fù)合外掛墻板與鋼框架的連接節(jié)點(diǎn)，分析下節(jié)點(diǎn)可能承受的荷載組合方式，并通過抗拉、抗壓、抗剪試驗(yàn)，研究墻板下節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞形態(tài)和承載性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，下節(jié)點(diǎn)承載能力主要受墊板和螺栓影響較大。通過與實(shí)際工程中相同尺寸墻板節(jié)點(diǎn)的極限承載力計(jì)算值對(duì)比可知，此類墻板節(jié)點(diǎn)能滿足工程需要。最后，采用軟件ABAQUS近一步考察了下節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能。研究結(jié)果可為類似外掛墻板的節(jié)點(diǎn)優(yōu)化提供參考。

Experimental study on static behavior of point-jointed joints of sandwich composite external wall panels and steel frames

Abstract:For the connection joints between the sandwich composite external wall panel and the steel frame, the load combination mode that the lower joints may bear was analyzed, and the failure mode and bearing performance of the lower joints of the wall panel were studied through tensile, compressive and shear tests. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the lower joints is mainly affected by the backing plate and bolts. By comparing with the calculation value of the ultimate bearing capacity of the same size wall panel joints in the actual project, it can be known that this kind of wall panel joints can meet the needs of the project. Finally, the software ABAQUS was used to investigate the force performance of the lower joints. The research results can provide reference for the optimization of joints similar to external wall panels.
